Safety equipment

Your leaning ladder is not complete without proper safety equipment. Make sure to prevent the most common accidents and secure your ladder so it can’t fall sideways or slide along the ground. Read more in our safety guide.

Safety equipment for leaning ladders

The most common accidents when working on leaning ladders are due to the ladders tipping sideways or base slips when the ladder is sliding away along the ground. If you have chosen one of our PROF+ ladders you are well equipped to work safely in most situations. The safety legs secure the ladder in several directions and the extension legs allow you to work with the ladder on uneven surfaces. For our BASE and PROF leaning ladders, safety equipment can be added to reach a sufficient safety level.
